Welcome to Aspire Legal Community (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and coaching services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services provide guidance and mentorship for individuals interested in pursuing law school, preparing for the bar exam, or navigating the early stages of their legal careers. Coaching does not constitute legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required in full before booking a session. All sales are final.

  • Refunds are only available in cases where the session is canceled by me.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your session fee.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up for Services.

  • You understand that results vary and that success in law school, bar exams, or legal careers depends on multiple factors beyond coaching.

  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Aspire Legal Community and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Our coaching services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific results.

  • We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching provided.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our discretion if a user violates these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
